I think about food. a lot. I spend a great deal of time (probably too much!) reading other food blogs, cookbooks, and planning out what I am going to make for dinner each week. I keep many recipes but rarely follow one exactly. But that’s ok, it keeps it interesting. I intend to share my weekly menus, the recipes that inspired some of the dishes, and some of my end results.
In October 2014, my fiancé (I dislike that word for some reason) and I moved to Germany from Baltimore. While we miss all so many of quirky, wonderful things we had in Baltimore, including amazing friends, Germany has lots to offer. When not cooking or working I like to be outside. Hiking, yoga, trying to workout, and bourbon are how I spend any leftover time. I decided to document my cooking trials and tribulations along with some of our adventures in blog format.
